The park has a lot of attractions to choose from, ranging from water playgrounds for the young ones and exciting rides for adults and older kids. It’s around twenty-three acres in size, offering a large space for all visitors to explore and enjoy throughout the entire day.

Geyser Falls has 10 attractions in total for visitors to enjoy. Younger children can splash around the Lil’ Squirts Hollow, an area filled with water jets, showers, and slides. Creaky Leaky Water Factory is a large playground for the young and young at heart, filled with various slides, a giant splash bucket, and over 100 play features. When it comes to thrill, Geyser Falls brings some pretty awesome attractions to the table.

Slides are the main attraction in the waterpark. There’s Mt.Everwet, a six-story attraction that contains three tall slides. Pipes Peak is a four-story tall collection of different slides with various spins and shapes. The Backsplash is the first-ever attraction of its kind in the entire country, a thrilling group ride where you and your friends can zoom through a sloped ramp and fall back into a splash pool. Speaking of group attractions, Whitewater express is a fun activity where you and your companions can race against each other through a 300-foot racing slide. If you’re looking for something more relaxing, then there is also a river pool, a wave pool, and an eight-acre white sand beach area.

The Flint Creek Water Park is different from other waterparks in Mississippi on this list. Unlike other parks, Flint Creek offers a more natural approach to its attractions. Instead of having large slides and various attractions, the highlight of Flint Creek is its 650-acre lake that is surrounded by a wide span of greenery and nature. It’s not only a great way to cool off from the summer heat, but also a nice choice if you’re craving some camping fun on the side. Flint Creek offers accommodation through their rental cabins but you can also set up your own area in their camping spurs.

If you don’t feel like swimming in the lake, the Splash of Fun waterpark is a good alternative. It’s located beside the lake and contains a separate swimming pool, equipped with water slides and lounge chairs so you can relax. If you want to try something more thrilling, then you can rent out one of the park’s jet skis or boats. You can also go fishing by the lake if you’re looking for a relaxing way to bond with your family.

Looking for a waterpark that delivers in both fun and size? Then Gulf Islands is one of the best waterparks in Mississippi for you. Known as the largest waterpark on the coast, Gulf Islands contains 11 awesome attractions for visitors of all ages. Many of their slides are kid-friendly but if you’re coming with toddlers and smaller children, then it’s best to have them play in one of the special areas laid out for them.

Lil Pecans Bay is designed especially for young children, equipped with small water slides, water jets, squirt guns, and many fun things to play with. There are also some family-friendly attractions available, like their Lazy Pearl River Pool, Spray St Louis shallow water pool, the Padasgoula kiddie obstacle course, and their wave pool. Toddlers 2 years old and above can also enjoy some of the smaller slides in Ship Island Wreck.

Many of the park’s attractions are centered on family bonding and group activities. There are two-person slides available, such as the Horn Island Blaster, Cat Island Catapult, and Deer Island Express. Bigger groups up to 4 or 5 can also take a spin on the Camille Cutter or zip through the Riptide Racer to see who reaches the finish line first. And, if you’re sick of zipping through the water, then you can try zipping through the air instead. Aside from their various pool attractions, Gulf Island waterpark also has a zip line called ‘Zip N’ Fun’ available in the vicinity.
