Near the Cabinet Mountains near Missoula, Montana lies a great hot springs and mineral bath hotel for your enjoyment. Symes Hot Springs has more of a resort style feel with nice accommodations and natural springs waters offered in any of their 31 rooms to soak in. Many love coming here as a pit stop along their journey across Montana to take a quick break and relax their muscles out in the middle of nowhere. If you happen to be in the area, be sure to either enjoy Symes Hot Springs for a couple hours before continuing on or stay for a night and enjoy the beauty of the state.

Symes Hot Springs Hotel & Mineral Baths offers three different outdoor pools as well as an inside area with several clawfoot tubs for a more private setting. The outdoor hot springs range quite differently in temperatures with the hottest averaging around 106 degrees and the coolest around 99. There is a scenic little waterfall that feeds the top pool down into the lower one and the trickly water can be very tranquil as you soak in the waters. Symes also has a swimming pool that keeps an average temp of 95.

The private area consists of four different tubs where you can control how hot or cold you’d like the water. Clothing is optional in this section of Symes Hot Springs and many opt to enjoy a relaxing soak nude. Outside the separate stalls there is also a jacuzzi and jet tub which can help expedite the release of any tension.

As far as accommodations, Symes hot springs hotel has made sure to offer as many luxuries as you’d like. Other than their 31 room hotel which offers piped in mineral waters, there are also a dozen or so cabins and apartments available in the area. Within the hotel you can also enjoy a restaurant, art gallery, gift shop, and nightly live music events.

1. From Missoula take MT-200 West toward Sanders County State Highway 382 (55 miles)
2. Continue until you reach North Wall Street which will take you to your destination (21 miles)
