How to Say See You Later In Arabic

1) Maa salama – This is one of the most popular ways to say “see you later” in Arabic and translates to “with peace.” It can be used in almost any situation, but it is especially common among friends and family members.

2) Il-as-salaamu alaykum – This phrase means “go with peace upon you” or simply “goodbye.” It is usually said when someone is leaving a gathering or saying goodbye after an extended period of time.

3) Tawfik – This phrase translates to mean something like “success/luck be with you!” It can be used between close friends who plan to meet up again soon.

4) Yalla bye – A more casual expression that combines English and Arabic words for a unique way of saying goodbye. This literal translation would read as something like “Let’s go by!” It implies that although parting at this moment may seem difficult, there will be plenty of opportunities for reconnecting again.

5) Barra lakom ilmouhima (or barra la’allakom if female)- Translating directly into English as “May we meet again,”. This expression conveys respect towards each other with hope for future reunions.

6) Khair inshaallah – Meaning “God willing,”. This phrase expresses optimism about seeing someone else once more before too long.

5. See you later and have have a great day – أراك لاحقًا وأتمنى لك يومًا سعيدًا – ‘arak lahqan wa’atamanaa lak ywman seydan

6. Don’t forget our plans tonight – see you later – لا تنس خططنا الليلة – أراك لاحقًا – la tans khutatana allaylat – ‘arak lahqan

7. See ya soon, take it easy until then – أراك قريبًا ، خذ الأمور بسهولة حتى ذلك الحين – ‘arak qryban , khudh al’umur bisuhulat hataa dhalik alhin

8. Thanks for the chat, see you later buddy – شكرا على الدردشة ، أراك لاحقا يا صديقي – shukran ealaa aldardashat , ‘arak lahiqan ya sadiqi

9. Have fun at work today and I’ll catch up with you later this evening – استمتع في العمل اليوم وسألاحقك لاحقًا هذا المساء – aistamtie fi aleamal alyawm wasa’ulahiquk lahqan hadha almasa’
