Details about Wild Horse Hot Springs

The area is known for its natural beauty, with plenty of lush forests, grasslands, and mountains to explore. It also has several hot springs that attract tourists from all over the world. The Wild Horse Hot Springs are situated on the banks of the Missouri River near Wolf Creek Pass, about 90 miles south of Great Falls. This location makes it an ideal destination for those looking to get away from it all as there are no major cities or towns nearby.

There are two main pools at this spot – one deep enough for swimming and another shallow pool perfect for soaking your feet after a long hike or day spent exploring nature’s wonders. Both pools offer stunning views of the surrounding terrain including rolling hills, tall trees, and snow-capped peaks in some areas during certain seasons.

In addition to enjoying these scenic views while relaxing in warm waters, visitors can take advantage of amenities such as picnic tables and fire pits that allow them to enjoy meals outdoors while watching wildlife roam around freely in their natural habitat nearby. Guests may also be able to spot deer grazing among wildflowers in summer months or bald eagles soaring overhead during wintertime visits when temperatures dip below freezing.

Visitors should note that access to Wild Horse Hot Springs requires a bit more effort than many other popular attractions across Montana due its remote location. However those who make the trek will find themselves rewarded with beautiful scenery along with peace and tranquility most often associated with wilderness areas like this one.
