Details about Trinity Hot Springs

The springs are said to have healing properties that help relieve stress, soothe muscle aches and pains, improve circulation and balance energy levels. The mineral-rich water originates deep within Earth’s crust before being forced upward into Trinity Hot Springs via geothermal activity. Rich with magnesium, calcium carbonate and silica, this water has been known to create an overall feeling of well-being when soaked in or consumed as drinking water. It’s also believed that soaking in these hot springs can improve sleep quality by reducing stress hormones like cortisol while helping your body detoxify itself naturally through sweat.

At Trinity Hot Springs you can find two pools – one large pool for swimming and another smaller pool where visitors can relax on submerged benches while enjoying breathtaking views of surrounding mountainsides covered with pine trees. There are also several hiking trails nearby for those looking for more adventure than just soaking in the hot springs! In addition to its therapeutic benefits, Trinity Hot Springs offers some great recreational activities such as fishing (catch & release only), kayaking/canoeing down the river that runs through it or simply lying out on a beach blanket along its banks watching wildlife pass by – including deer and elk herds grazing nearby meadows during winter months! Visitors may even spot bald eagles soaring above them if they’re lucky enough!

If camping is more your style then there are plenty of campsites available near Trinity Hot Springs – some even offering electrical hookups so you don’t have to worry about bringing too much gear when visiting this unique destination!

Trinity Hot Springs resort is nestled in the Sawtooth National Forest along side the Boise River. They have done a fantastic job at creating the a tranquil experience that will relax both your body and mind. There is a giant open pool with a tent like structure in the middle, along with two soaking tubs on the sides of the pool where the source of the natural waters are pumped into. The resort claims that the waters come from some of the deepest pockets on the planet (at 300 degrees) which is what makes their waters so pure and high in minerals. As it travels up to the surface it cools down to about 135 degrees before settling around 100 degrees at Trinity Hot Springs.
