The temperature at Hot Lake Hot Springs averages around 105°F (40°C), making it perfect for those wanting to take a break from their day-to-day lives and enjoy some relaxation time out in nature. The water at Hot Lake Hot Springs comes from an underground aquifer that was discovered over 100 years ago when settlers first arrived to homestead near La Grande, Oregon. This aquifer provides warm, clean water with significant amounts of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sodium chloride and potassium sulfate which help to improve circulation and stimulate healing within your body’s cells.
