With over 10 miles of trails winding through lush forests and meadows along with plenty of wildlife sightings, it’s easy to forget you are only an hour away from Boise. The rustic cabins at Thousand Springs Resort have all been updated with modern amenities while still retaining their original charm. Each cabin includes either one or two bedrooms equipped with full kitchens as well as living rooms boasting cozy fireplaces and breathtaking views out onto the river below.

The grounds also include community grills so that guests can cook up some delicious meals during their stay here. The nearby Twin Falls City Park provides great opportunities for both swimming and picnicking within sight of majestic waterfalls cascading down into deep pools below. Fishing is also available in these waters where anglers can find bass, trout or even catfish if they’re lucky enough!

There are many other activities to keep visitors busy such as horseback riding when you book your stay at Thousand Springs Resort too! Exploring further downriver will lead you to Shoshone Falls which has been called “The Niagara Of The West” due its impressive height surpassing that of Niagara by 21 feet (6 meters). Here you can take picturesque hikes around the falls or just sit back and enjoy nature’s show from afar – there’s something magical about witnessing this powerful force firsthand!
