Harrington Beach State Park Camping – Wisconsin
Only being a short drive away from Milwaukee, this Wisconsin state park is a family destination for a fun day at the beach before settling in for a night around the campfire. Nestled along lake Michigan, Harrington Beach State Park gives you a wide variety of water activities along with some amazing hiking trails with scenic views. This is definitely one of our favorite areas for tent camping.

Out of the 69 different campsites available, about half of them include RV electrical hookups. The family campground section also includes a restroom, showers, and even a laundry facility should you need it. The group campsite can host up to 30 people and has 5 tables and two firepits for you to enjoy. It books up quickly so make sure you put in a reservation if you plan on needing a bigger camping area. The third campground is the kayak campsite and as it’s name suggests is for people looking to kayak in Lake Michigan.
