Wyoming Waterfalls Map
The great state of Wyoming may not be well known for it’s water attractions, but make no mistake it can hold up to most with it’s hundreds of waterfalls just waiting to be discovered within it’s wilderness. Most will be on the western side of the state bordering Idaho in Yellowstone National Park where millions of people visit each year. If you plan on making the trip, be sure to strap on your tourist hat and check out the iconic waterfalls of Upper and Lower falls.
The map above will clearly show you need to head west if you plan on enjoying Wyoming’s waterfalls. The best part of having them lumped together is you can easily make it a weekend trip and view all the majestic falls and natural wilderness landscapes Yellowstone has to offer. The bad part is during peak seasons between late spring to early fall it can get quite crowded in the park and you may find yourself waiting a bit as everyone has their camera’s out to capture the moment. We recommend grabbing a map of the park as you can navigate around as you plot your course between Wyoming’s breathtaking falls. Happy Exploring!
