1. From South Paris, Maine take route 26 North for approximately 17 miles.
2. Turn left onto Route 5/26 and follow it for another 6 miles until you reach the intersection with Sunday River Road (Route 2).
3. Turn right onto Sunday River Road and follow it for about 1 mile until you see a sign for Screw Auger Falls on your right-hand side.
4. Take a right turn onto the gravel road that leads up to the parking area of the falls (there will be signs pointing you in the right direction).
5. Once parked, head down towards the river where there is an easy access point to get to the base of Screw Auger Falls! Enjoy your hike!
