The city has its own free public transport system, the SIB Shuttle, that can take you across the city and stops and several parks and beach access areas.
Nearby Attractions
The Newport Fishing Pier is the perfect place for an angler to cast out a line and try their luck at surf fishing. Getting onto the pier isn’t free, so be prepared to shell out a small amount to gain access.
If you want to explore the Intracoastal side of the barrier island, you should check out the Intracoastal Parks. This system of four small parcel parks offers some beautiful waterfront views and public green space.

Sunny Isles Beach is home to the luxurious Trump International Beach Resort. The building that makes up the resort can be seen from all over the Sunny Isles.
If you want to get out with your four-legged friends there happens to be three dog parks in Sunny Isles Beach.
