Oregon Waterfalls Map
Oregon is well known for it’s vast amount of wilderness so it should be no surprise that the state is home to some of the most beautiful waterfalls in the US. The cascade mountains due divide Oregon into two main climate regions with the western half of the state hosting the majority of the falls due to the rain being trap from the Pacific Ocean. From Portland down to Eugene, there are 100s of waterfalls for you to explore!
Again as you will see in the map above, you’ll want to make sure you stick towards the western part of Oregon to find the best waterfalls the state has to offer. Many of the falls are located within state and national parks and require a bit of hiking to reach your destination. You can buy a local map at almost any gas station which is great to have on hand when you lose your cell reception and need to figure out where you are. Happy Exploring!
